Initiate the Ritual
Log into your account or use our order tracker with your ID and email to flag the items you want to send back to the Underground.
Pack the Hatchet
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and no Faygo spills have compromised the fabric.
Slap on the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and stick it onto your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Await the Carnival
Once our warehouse ninjas inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
